Architectural Videography, Canberra
After capturing stills at the Royal Australian Institute of Architects in Canberra in late 2022, I returned around a year and a half later to film the building as part of my exercise in building a motion portfolio. I spent morning and afternoon sessions gathering a variety of shots with my go-to setup: DJI RS3, Nikon Z8, and 24-70 lens. Much like with my previous video outings, I experimented with new movements with the gimbal in addition to improving my balance and the smoothness of pans.
The Royal Australian Institute of Architects Headquarters, designed by Bryce Mortlock, is located in Red Hill.
